How Parikh Radiology handles website inquiries and basic site data.
Information submitted through the consultation form or email is used to review the request, respond, and assess fit. When the hosted form endpoint is available, it validates the request and sends it to Parikh Radiology's designated inquiry inbox. The endpoint does not create an inquiry database; it uses a temporary, IP-derived rate-limit record to limit abuse. First inquiries should not include patient-identifying information.
The website emits limited in-browser event names for page views, consultation-form starts, validation failures, and successful submissions. It does not send names, email addresses, project summaries, calculator inputs, or calculator results in those events. No third-party analytics provider is loaded by default. If a provider is deliberately configured later, its collection, retention, consent, and processing details will be added to this policy before use.
Only share the organization, project type, imaging domain, and high-level question needed for an initial fit review. Do not submit protected health information, medical-record numbers, images, or information that can identify a patient through this public form.
The web host and the inquiry email provider may process routine service data needed to operate the site and deliver an inquiry, such as request logs and email metadata, under their own service terms. Parikh Radiology has not configured a separate inquiry database.
